BOFA’s DentalPRO 1000 iQ dust extraction system combines extremely large filter capacity with high airflow and pressure rates. making it the ideal choice for heavy duty applications that generate larger amounts of particulate and gaseous organic compounds generated during the CAD/CAM milling of dental implants. The unit is designed as a centralised system, for multiple milling machines to be used at once.
The unit’s high efficiency three stage filtration process allows technicians to work safe in the knowledge that dust particles and fumes are being effectively removed, to maintain a clean working environment. The DeepPleat DUO pre filter has a large 30m² surface area and the HEPA filter has an efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns.

Intelligent (iQ) Operating System
Advanced extraction monitoring and control system bringing multiple performance enhancements for higher efficiency of extraction, independent filter status monitoring and integral design features that combine to deliver a lower cost of ownership. It monitors the status of both the pre filter and combined (main) filter.
BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 micron. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.
Automatic flow control (AFC) technology
Automatic flow control (AFC) allows the operator to preset the correct airflow rates for the specific application, subsequently maintaining the airflow. This generates lower noise levels and ensures further protection of the more expensive HEPA filters.
Reverse flow air (RFA) technology
The RFA technology feature causes a fall in velocity and air direction change. Larger particulate falls out of the airstream into the filter’s drop out chamber. With less particulate entering the filter media the filter life is significantly increased, enhancing filter capture performance and ensure longer life.
