Conflict Minerals Policy

All BOFA suppliers are required to supply only conflict-free components

Under this policy, all suppliers are expected to supply materials to BOFA International Ltd and/or BOFA Americas, Inc that are conflict-free.

 

BOFA suppliers are expected to hold an active written Company Conflict Minerals Policy

Suppliers to BOFA International Ltd and/or BOFA Americas, Inc must adopt a Company Conflict Mineral Policy regarding the use of conflict minerals, implement management systems with the support of all shareholders and directors alike.


Supplier questionnaires

All BOFA International Ltd and/or BOFA Americas, Inc suppliers are expected to complete the BOFA Supplier Questionnaire and ensure their suppliers are compliant. The final smelter/refinery is to be identified. The survey information must then be passed back down the supply chain.

  • BOFA International Ltd and BOFA Americas, Inc are aware that as with most printed circuit boards (PCBs) there is a small amount of tin present in the PCB element of BOFA equipment.
  • This BOFA International Ltd and/or BOFA Americas, Inc Conflict Minerals Policy is in conjunction with all other BOFA International Ltd and/or BOFA Americas, Inc policy. This includes the BOFA Environmental Policy and the RoHS WEEE and REACH requirements.
