But we don’t stop there – our global network of sales, service and distribution resource means we’re on hand once your machine is up and running, whenever you need us.

Selecting the right product
Our sales engineers have a wealth of technical and industry knowledge and work with customers around the world. Using a consultative approach we take time to understand your processes, agree specifications and apply our expert knowledge to help you select the appropriate system for your requirements.
Tailored to you
While we have a comprehensive range of products ready to buy off the shelf, our extensive engineering knowledge means we can deliver customised or bespoke systems to suit your specific needs.
Product development is a core strength within BOFA and our R&D team will help ensure the finished product suits your exact specification.

Installation
Good operating practices, and, in many countries, health and safety legislation, determine that fume extraction should be suitably installed, maintained and regularly serviced.
We provide full support at the point of installation to ensure minimal disruption to your process and optimal performance of your fume extraction system.

After sales care and maintenance
In today’s modern manufacturing, we understand that processes change and we are dedicated to providing you with an unrivalled after sales service. We’re here to help you with any questions or advise on what is best practice for your application.

Training designed for you
Through the BOFA Academy you can participate in a series of free online training delivered by our knowledgeable team. We have a range of modules available, including modules to help you understand more about BOFA products and the importance of having the right fume extraction.
Servicing
By looking after your machine, you can be confident it is working efficiently for you. We will advise you on how to look after your system.
In the UK, the Health and Safety Executive COSHH regulations requires that as well as ensuring Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) is correctly installed, it must be maintained in effective working order and in good repair by having it serviced at least once every 14 months. We have P601 and P602 certified LEV engineers who will carry out a professional assessment, service and re-certification to ensure you are fully compliant.
All of this comes as standard from BOFA.
Are you compliant?
Our expertly trained P601 qualified engineers help customers meet their obligations when it comes to LEV testing.
