AD GoldSEAL Cyclone RS

The complete solution for the extraction, filtration and recovery of precious metals.

This unit  offers the complete solution for the extraction, filtration and recovery of precious metals. The particles are collected in an easy to remove tray and the HEPA filter can be incinerated to reveal the precious metal collected during the filtration process.

Automatic flow control allows the user to pre-set correct air flow rates, for lower noise levels and allow further protection of the HEPA filter.

The cyclone enables the separation of precious metals before they even reach the main extraction area, allowing for easier and more efficient collection, as well as prolonging the life of the main filter .

Key features of the AD GoldSEAL Cyclone RS

HEPA

HEPA filter

BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 micron. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

AFC

Automatic flow control (AFC) technology

Automatic flow control (AFC) allows the operator to preset the correct airflow rates for the specific application, subsequently maintaining the airflow. This generates lower noise levels and ensures further protection of the more expensive HEPA filters.

RFA

Reverse flow air (RFA) technology

The RFA technology feature causes a fall in velocity and air direction change. Larger particulate falls out of the airstream into the filter’s drop out chamber. With less particulate entering the filter media the filter life is significantly increased, enhancing filter capture performance and ensure longer life.

MVS

Multi voltage sensing (MVS) unit

Automatically senses the local voltage and adjusts accordingly, between 90-275V.

ProTECT

ProTECT service plan

Our PROtect LEV service plan and compliance certification has been designed to give you the peace of mind that your LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) systems are being expertly maintained throughout their working life and you are kept within government guidelines and regulations in the UK.
