BOFA’s DustPRO Universal stand-alone dust extraction unit has been designed to help with the filtration of swarf and small particulates during processes such as routing, mechanical engraving, grinding and turning.

The unit’s high vacuum pump is brushless and designed for continuous running for long periods of time before requiring servicing.

The DP Universal features a large 18-litre capacity filter bag and a HEPA filter.

Key features of the DustPRO Universal

HEPA filter

BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.995% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 microns. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only has even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat but also helps to alleviate the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

Multi voltage sensing (MVS) unit

Automatically senses the local voltage and adjusts accordingly, between 100-230v.

ProTECT service plan

Our ProTECT LEV service plan and compliance certification has been designed to give you the peace of mind that your LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) systems are being expertly maintained throughout their working life and you are kept within government guidelines and regulations in the UK.
