The PrintPRO Oracle DS is BOFA’s mid-range of fume extraction and filtration system. The PrintPRO Oracle DS has been purposely designed to help filter fumes generated from dye-sublimation printers and combines extremely large filter capacity with high airflows and pressure.
This combination makes it ideal for heavy-duty applications that generate large amounts of particulate and gaseous organic compounds. This system benefits from automatic flow control, which enables the end-user to set the required airflow for the application. The unit will then maintain this airflow throughout the life cycle of the filters.
The additional feature of BOFA’s ‘easi-seal’ filter location mechanism makes filter change easy and quick. A truly state-of-the-art laser fume purification solution.

Key features of the PrintPRO Oracle DS

HEPA filter
BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 micron. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

Automatic flow control (AFC) technology
Automatic flow control (AFC) allows the operator to preset the correct airflow rates for the specific application, subsequently maintaining the airflow. This generates lower noise levels and ensures further protection of the more expensive HEPA filters.

Reverse flow air (RFA) technology
The RFA technology feature causes a fall in velocity and air direction change. Larger particulate falls out of the airstream into the filter’s drop out chamber. With less particulate entering the filter media the filter life is significantly increased, enhancing filter capture performance and ensure longer life.

Advanced carbon filter (ACF) technology
ACF assures safe capture and removal of hazardous fumes.
Contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odours are emitted (‘dwell time’). Our filters have been developed to capture all contaminants and odours, eliminating the risk of bypass and/or tunnelling.

ProTECT service plan
Our ProTECT LEV service plan and compliance certification has been designed to give you the peace of mind that your LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) systems are being expertly maintained throughout their working life and you are kept within government guidelines and regulations in the UK.
