This month BOFA's Technical Manager, John Horsey, features in Plant Engineer magazine. In this article John discusses the issues facing managers as they balance the needs of people and productivity associated with laser and 3D printing processes, particularly in meeting their health and safety obligations in the light of recent nanoparticle research.
John is a recognised expert in the field of fume extraction. His extensive knowledge of process applications and system design covers a wide variety of industrial processes and sectors.
John works along-side our technical and R&D teams and plays a key role in the development and introduction of BOFA’s new technologies and product solutions. As an accredited engineer he is also able to undertake a variety of LEV related consultancy activities.
As a renowned Industry trouble-shooter, he is able to advise on all aspects of LEV in the laser, electronics and printing industries.
