BOFA supporting apprenticeships
Here at BOFA we are always looking to invest in young people and grow our own talent.
Our apprentice Bradley has been with us for the past three years and has learnt many new skills throughout our company. He has recently been on different courses, and even became a first aider. He is very keen to progress with our company once his apprenticeship comes to an end, hoping to work his way up to management in the future.
Caleb, who has recently joined us in an apprenticeship role, is really enjoying the work. Starting his working life in an office job, he decided it was not for him and wanted a much more hands on approach. We have put together a training plan for him for the next three years so that he can learn all aspects of the business.
From fabrication, to sales, we believe that it is important for our apprentices to learn exactly how we do things and teach them as much as possible.
We look forward to seeing them progress on their journey and will be there to help along the way in any way that we can.
