BOFA’s DustPRO 400 extraction unit has been developed to help with the filtration of swarf and smaller particulates during processes such as routing, mechanical engraving, grinding and turning.
One of the main problems with other router extraction relates to the type of pump used. Most have brushed motors which are noisy in operation and frequently burn out.
The high vacuum pump used in the DustPRO 400 is brushless and designed for continuous running for long periods of time before requiring servicing.
The bag filter has a large 6.4 litre capacity and the HEPA filter is very high efficiency.

Key features of the DustPRO 400

HEPA filter
BOFA uses mini pleat design HEPA (high efficiency particulate air) filters which are tested and certified to a minimum efficiency of 99.997% down to 0.3 microns and 95% as small as 0.1 micron. They incorporate a series of webbing between the pleated media. This feature not only guarantees even spacing for full filter coverage between each pleat, but also alleviates the possibility of airflow vibration or collapse.

Multi voltage sensing unit (MVS)
Automatically senses the local voltage and adjusts accordingly, between 90-275V.
